This is the methodology behind my coaching work and the foundation of my programs. It helps senior managers and leaders build a stronger inner foundation so they can stop living and leading mainly from pressure, confusion, and external expectations.

Many capable people know how to perform, but not what they are truly moving toward. In this component, we create your Ideal Life Vision and Ideal Career Vision using the Pyramid of Logical Levels. This helps you define what kind of life, work, impact, and future are genuinely aligned with your values, identity, and deeper direction.
Turn clarity into aligned action.
Once you know yourself and know what you want, the next step is to choose a strategy that fits your nature, strengths, context, and goals. Not the most fashionable path. Not the most externally approved path. The right path for you. This is where clarity becomes movement and proactive thinking becomes practical.

This sprint follows the logic of The True Core Method. It combines deep self-insight with practical coaching tools so you can uncover the pattern beneath the visible problem and move forward with more clarity, direction, and aligned action.
1) Assessment

This gives us a strong starting point for the first component of the method: know who you are. We use it to understand your natural strengths, stress patterns, energy dynamics, and the conditions that help you function at your best.
2) Coaching (5 sessions, 60 minutes each)
Week 1 — Know Who You Are: WPB5 Debrief + Energy Strategy
We begin with the first core component of the method: know who you are. You clarify what drives your energy, what drains it, how you respond under pressure, and what your profile reveals about your natural way of working and leading.
Week 2 — Know What You Want: Ideal Life Vision
This session focuses on the second component: know what you want. You create a vivid, emotionally real picture of the life you want to build, so your decisions stop being driven only by pressure, fear, or habit.
Week 3 — Know What You Want: Ideal Career Vision + 15 Criteria
We continue the second component by translating vision into practical direction. You define what ideal work means for you in reality: role, scope, culture, leadership, conditions, and the environment that would support your best contribution.
Week 4 — Choose the Right Strategy and Build the Right Environment: 90-Day Action Plan
This session connects the third and fourth components of the method: choose the right strategy and build the right environment. You design a 90-day plan that changes more than intentions. It helps you make smarter decisions, shape your environment, and create the conditions that support progress.
Session 5 — Strategy and Environment in Practice: 30-Day Follow-Up
We review progress, remove friction, and fine-tune your plan based on real experience. This session strengthens the last two components of the method by helping you adjust your strategy and environment so your direction can hold in real life.
