Welcome, and thank you for choosing my coaching services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or scheduling a session, as they outline the conditions under which my services are provided. By purchasing coaching sessions through this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, as well as Podia's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Booking and Payment
All coaching sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the provided platform.
Upon completing your payment, you will receive access to my calendar to schedule your first session.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If a session is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before its scheduled time, the session will be considered completed, and the payment will not be refunded.
You may reschedule your session at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours in advance via the scheduling platform.
3. Late Attendance
If you arrive late for a session, you will receive the remaining time of the scheduled session. Sessions will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
Payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable, except in cases where the coach cancels the session and cannot offer a rescheduling option.
For coaching packages, all sessions must be used within the agreed-upon timeframe. Unused sessions are non-refundable.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for attending sessions on time, preparing for discussions, and implementing agreed-upon action steps.
To make the most of your coaching experience, please prepare a list of topics or challenges you’d like to work on prior to each session.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Podia’s Platform Terms and Privacy
All transactions and data processing are handled securely through Podia’s platform. By using this platform, you also agree to Podia’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Payments are processed through Stripe, and I do not store your payment information. Please review Stripe’s Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Limitation of Liability
Coaching is a collaborative process aimed at empowering you to achieve your goals. The outcomes of coaching depend on your commitment and actions. The coach is not responsible for decisions or actions you take outside of sessions.
9. Amendments
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through the booking platform. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
