Aleksei Groshenko/Executive & Leadership Coaching & Facilitation for Organizations

Your senior managers are delivering — but something is off?

Let’s talk it through and see if a part-time Executive & Leadership Coach could be the right fit.

Executive & Leadership Coaching & Facilitation for Organizations

Many mid-size companies don’t need a full-time Head of Leadership Development — but they do need someone senior who can coach leaders in real time and help them grow beyond operational fire-fighting.

This proposal offers a simple model:
I work with your organization 1–2 days per week as an external Executive & Leadership Coach embedded into your reality, not on the sidelines.

When this model makes sense

  • Your senior managers are strong operationally but struggle with strategic influence and cross-functional leadership

  • Your leadership team is stretched, and you want to prevent burnout, not just manage it after the fact

  • You know your managers need more than a one-off training — they need ongoing support in real situations

  • You want senior-level leadership support without adding another full-time executive role to the org chart.

What I actually do during those 1–2 days

  • 1:1 executive and leadership coaching for senior managers

  • Shadow coaching in key meetings with real-time feedback

  • Leadership masterminds and focused workshops on current challenges

  • Strategic sessions to align leaders, teams, and priorities

What you’ll find inside the PDF proposal

  • Clear description of the part-time model (1 or 2 days per week)

  • Example scope of work and typical activities

  • Outcomes you can expect in the first 3–6 months

  • Engagement structure and ways we can adapt it to your context

If your senior managers are already carrying a heavy load, waiting another 6–12 months won’t make things easier. This model lets you start small, learn fast, and scale only if it truly works.

Still not sure?

That’s completely fine. Let’s use 30 minutes to talk through your situation, your senior managers, and what kind of support would actually move the needle — whether it’s this model or something else.
